All shipping on retail products is done during the check out process. If you wish to have your own method of shipping or pick up please just contact us and let us know how you would like your product to be shipped and we will arrange it according to your liking.

Shipping for all bulk coffee orders, wholesale coffee, commercial products and equipment is done through contacting us and requesting a quote.

As large heavy orders can vary greatly in price, we must have the exact delivery address and arrange for private shipping to deliver.

You may also arrange your own shipping or self pick up if you prefer but this must be specified when you contact us for equipment purchasing.

We do ship large orders internationally but shipping must be quoted per order. So please contact us and explain your shipping request.

All roasted coffee, green coffee, coffee products and equipment are final sale.

We do not accept returns at this time.

If you would like to request an exchange please contact us and we will consider any request that is fair and legitimate.

If you are unsure about a purchase you may also request a sample first to make sure the product is what you are looking for.

Equipment warranties are specific to each. All new equipment is warrantied and all used is often not but can have one year warranty if stated in the products description.
