Old things can sometimes be more beautiful, especially equipment. Each piece tells a story about those who built it and worked it.
What once started with an appreciation and love for collecting old coffee roasters eventually turned into a great way to connect and communicate with other roasters in our coffee industry.
Although this is far from being our main focus, we hold on to it because it keeps us close to our beloved industry which has a rich rugged aesthetic of fire, smoke, leather aprons and stunningly designed steel machines from all over the world.
